The breakfasts at this place were tasty, offering delicious strawberries, the best porridge I've ever eaten, poached eggs on toast made from garden-fresh eggs, and a variety of croissants to choose from.

Beautiful location in the mountains, good facilities. Close enough to the gardens at the back of the house, Pitlochry and the town centre which has plenty if eating options and The Enchanted Forest.

Just got back from a delightful stay at the charming B&B in Pitlochry. The room was superb, complete with an excellent bathroom and a shower that was simply amazing. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the warm welcome we received from the owner, who even offered us a cup of tea/coffee with a scone upon arrival, was truly heartwarming. The breakfast was a treat, with a wide selection of dishes including fresh fruits, porridge, and a scrumptious Scottish breakfast. The hosts were incredibly friendly and pleasant, making us feel right at home. Plus, we loved having a peaceful sitting area with a lovely view of the countryside, and watching the chickens was an unexpected delight. one of the best B&B experiences I've had - would definitely return!
Would recommend this hotel.

Had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed and enjoyed the homemade treats. the location was ideal with great sights and nearby activities. We particularly enjoyed the privacy of the room's balcony.
The affordable prices come at a cost. Some of the hotel amenities were outdated, service felt impersonal, and there was no complimentary breakfast.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location, just outside of Pitlochry, made it feel like a cozy home away from home. Being right next to a beautiful village added to the charm. One of the highlights was the lovely walk we took in the woods behind the property, where we spotted lots of wildlife. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was fantastic, equipped with amenities like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The staff even had a friendly canine companion named Molly, who loved cuddles and ear rubs. The icing on the cake was the tea and cakes provided in the guest lounge, which added a special touch to our stay.
This place is highly recommended for families as well.
